Program Description: Indoor fitness cycling. Rides include a variety of drills that simulate outdoor cycling. Suitable for all fitness abilities. New participants should arrive to class a few minutes early for assistance with bike set up.
Instructor Biography: Kara is a senior at Wright State University majoring in Exercise Science. She is certified through ACE as a Group Fitness Instructor and has been teaching classes at Wright State for three years. Health, fitness and overall wellness are her absolute passion in life and she loves being able to share the gift of health with as many people as she can.
