Next Steps

  1. Be Approved by Event Production Team and Receive Exhibitor Policy Orientation
  2. Receive Exhibitor Agreement, Pay Exhibitor Fee, Receive Confirmation Information by E-mail
  3. Receive follow up confirmation by phone 2-3 weeks prior to event by the exhibitor coordinator
  4. Arrive at event site during pre-arranged set up time
  5. Check In at Event Headquarters, sign paperwork, receive exhibitor packet
