Program Description: Circuit training is a great way to get a total body workout. In this class you’ll move through exercise stations that will target all of the major muscle groups. Cardio drills may also be included to vary the intensity of the workout.
Instructor Biography: Jennifer Turpin Stanfield, M.A., is the Assistant Director for Fitness and Wellness at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio and a fitness presenter for the National Exercise Trainers Association. She is a certified Exercise Physiologist (American College of Sports Medicine) and holds additional certifications in group fitness, personal training, and yoga (RYT 200). She has more than 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and is passionate about helping others live healthier lives through the adoption and maintenance of positive health behaviors.
