TRX for Runners with Space Three

TRX is perfect for people who want to get stronger, leaner, and more flexible while engaging in exercise that’s more invigorating than stationary machines and free weights. Join Space Three for a TRX class designed for people to improve their running and strength for adventures.  

About Space Three 

Lindsey is the Owner of Space Three and has been an avid fan of group fitness classes since her high school years. It was a gym in Minnesota that inspired her to one day have her own studio. When she’s not focused on Space Three, she works part time as an attorney, a wife, and a mommy to two daughters. Life is busy, but she would not have it any other way! 

Lindsey understands the demands of juggling home and work and everything else life has to throw us. Space Three was built to create space for you, both mentally and physically. Lindsey is a firm believer that you are a better spouse, parent, employee (whatever your roles are!) if you first take care of yourself.
