Instructor: Trisha Kretzer
Program Description: Balance all your climbing with an all levels yoga class. Challenge your strength and stamina, become aware of your breath as a fuel for movement. This class has a deep emphasis on shoulder and hip range of motion, building strength and flexibility through mindful movements.
Instructor Biography: Trisha is a 200 hour registered yoga instructor who has taught yoga and other fitness classes for two years. She worked at Wright State’s Outdoor Resource Center for two years before moving to Asheville, NC where she currently teaches and serves as Health and Fitness Coordinator for the YWCA and will begin massage therapy school this spring. In her spare time, she can be found hiking, climbing, or kayaking among the Blue Ridge Mountains.
