Jake Sexton and Monty Fuss completed the Northern Forest Canoe Trail, a 740 mile water trail stretching from New York and Northern Maine, in the spring of 2024. Their 17 day, 15 hour trip is the fastest known time of any paddler completing the trail. This program will highlight their preparation, which included building their own skin on frame canoe and paddles, as well as narrating the daily highs and lows of completing Northern Forest Canoe Trail.

Jake Sexton and Monty Fuss are amateur adventurers who have a passion for the outdoors and pushing their limits. Both adventurers are from the greater Akron, Ohio area and regularly find time to recreate outdoors through paddling, running, or rock climbing. Jake came to the trip with the majority of the paddling experience while Monty had more experience in ultra sport competition.
