Heather is the founder of Elevate Excursions, a travel company that has been providing active & transformational travel since 2014. We have traveled to Red River Gorge, Hocking Hills, Grand Canyon & Sedona, Mt Leconte in The Smoky Mountains and Croatia. Heather is a certified Personal Trainer & Yoga Instructor. When she isn’t traveling, Heather is coaching clients on how to get rid of pain (foot, back, hip, neck & knee pain) so they can get back to their active lifestyles. She started her journey in health in 2018 after her father passed away from a rare neurological disease and decided to seize the day everyday because we are not promised tomorrow but can fully live TODAY. She is a mom, wife, loves her dog, lives in Cincinnati & is a Bengals fan.
