Used Gear Sales Area Presented by Green Earth Outdoors 9 am – 5 pm, Saturday Shopping Hours, Student Union Raquetball Courts
Buy or sell used outdoor recreation gear and use your profits to get new gear in the Adventure Summit Expo. Discounts apply in the Green Earth Outdoors Booth. Gear drop-off hours: Fri.5 – 7 pm, Sat.9 am– 4 pm.

Valentines’s Date Night Dinner

Grab your Valentine or hope to meet one at this exclusive date night dinner event at The Adventure Summit.  Enjoy an exquisite catered meal in an atmosphere of adventure as guests will enjoy live music, complimentary craft beer tastings and opportunity to share stories with other outdoor enthusiasts. All dinner guests will get the chance to meet featured personalities David Cornthwaite and Jon Turk among other fabulous surprises.

Frosty Cheeks 5K

Join us at The Adventure Summit for a frosty 5k run through campus. Along the course will be three donation stations for you to shed unwanted clothing that you began with at the starting line. While your cheeks will be frosty your heart will be warm as all the clothing you shed will be donated to charity. Participants will receive a custom Frosty Cheeks Long sleeved tech t, goody bag with assorted swag, on course drinks and post race snacks.

Club Membership Drive Presented by Outdoor Adventure Connection 5 – 8 pm, Fri., 9 am – 5 pm, Sat. Upper and Lower Expo Area
Make friends and join other people who have a passion for the great outdoors! Clubs and organizations will be offering special incentives for new members during The Adventure Summit. For each club you join, receive a chance to win a $100 gift certificate to True Heights Outfitters.

Kayak Polo

Imagine a cross between water polo, basketball, and hockey.  Add kayaks and you have the latest sport to hit the pool at the Adventure Summit.  4 teams of 5 will battle it out in a single elimination tournament. No experience necessary to play

Wilderness Medicine Stations 11 am – 3 pm, Saturday Student Union Gymnasium
The Wilderness Medicine Interest Group (WMIG) will host interactive stations about managing emergency medical problems in the wilderness and discuss tips and techniques for safe adventures. Sessions are led by emergency medicine professionals.
